Everything about this place is AMAZING
Amazing location by the river where you can see animals everyday without even leaving the terass
amazing tents with outdoor private showers
amazing staff very friendly and helpfull
the guides and drivers where VERY good and kind
I have traveled alot but this was the best trip ever This place is all you could ever dream about when it comes to an african safari dream

This place and ALL of its people are great My Wife and i were there Aug 2009 and the camp Managers Jesper and John were great to everyone and made us welcome at every step of the way Since we took Seventeen plus hours to Fly here we were kind of tired Everyone of the people at Karen were Great the Guides the Massai Indians the Animals ETC thank you Karen Blixen Camp

From the moment we arrived we were welcomed as friends We felt pampered and special at Karen Blixen We roamed the magnificent Mara with our Guides and experienced the vast skies and unending plains with countless animals We shared memorable moments with Pius our Driver and Twala our Guide we lunched by rivers and drank cocktails watching the sun set over the Mara to the roar of lions Karen Blixen is the ultimate Safari Lodge destination they shared the song of Africa and made for us the trip of a lifetime Thank you

We just got back from a weekend at Karen Blixen and were really impressed As Nairobi residents we have gone to a lot of nice places in Kenya and this one is among the best Every detail was just right and we were most impressed with the visionary eco friendliness of the camp Martins vision goes far beyond not washing the towels every day A great time Highly recommend

We the group of 10 stayed in the camp a few days in the end of July beginning of August 2008 My brother and I lived in Kenya for a year some 40 years ago This experience in Masai Mara was all we hoped for both for our guests in the group and ourselves Everything in and around the camp was perfect and I can strongly recommend a stay here for a wonderful time in Masai Mara

Jambo to all at Karen Blixen. Came as part of the big group last week (13/11/08). Just wanted to say a huge thanks once again for one of the greatest trips any of us have ever had. Hi Guys, this is Becky I was there this summber with my mom(Beldina-she has been there twice now, and son(zion-am sure the restaurant stuff remember him, talked too much and ran out a lot) we had a fab.. time.. our safari guy's name was Nester, he was awesome, went out of the way to make sure we saw all the animals, of course we missed the leopard, so I will need to come back for that, the restaurant managers especially the lady, made sure that my son was comfortable, I have been telling people about this camp, I hope to come back with a group next time, you guys are the best, and all the best..
